Refund policy

Because Chamone Diane swimwear is made-to-order, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with the order.

Customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a problem with their order. Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition. For hygiene reasons, swimwear cannot be returned or exchanged once worn or tried on.

We do not accept returns due to sizing issues, so customers are encouraged to review the size guide carefully before purchasing. If a customer has questions about sizing, they may contact us before placing an order.
